Now if this is what is going on at your house, don’t panic!!! Also don’t try to move it yourself. As of this moment your door is inoperable. This is extremely unstable and could potentially fall out of the track completely.
A racked door can happen due to old springs. If the springs are old they can lose tension which will cause slack in your cables. This causes the weight of the door to not be lifted evenly, resulting in your door falling out of the track. It is fixable, but you should always contact a highly train professional.
